| Aletris' first Caracal sighting |

This is a male caracal that I tracked into the bush and snapped this picture of (notice how thick the bush is). This
caracal came back to the trap a few hours later and sniffed the lure
but did not go into the trap but luckily we got video footage. This was the second time I have seen this cat but have followed his spoor for weeks now. We are getting closer! All
pictures and videos were taken at the Cheetah Conservation Fund’s
Boskop farm which has cattle, goat and sheep coexisting with predators.
